These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LegacyReady website and services ("Service") operated by LegacyReady ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LegacyReady provides:

• A digital platform to organise your important information across 56 categories
• Guided questions to help you document your financial accounts, property, personal wishes, and other important details
• The ability to generate a PDF document containing the information you have organised
• A secure system to store and update your organised information

LegacyReady does NOT provide legal documents, legal advice, financial advice, or professional estate planning services.

2. User Responsibilities

By using LegacyReady, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Consult with qualified legal and financial professionals for advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and related matters
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share, sell, or distribute your account access
• Understand that LegacyReady is a tool for organisation, not legal counsel

3. Account and Payment Terms

Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Pricing

LegacyReady is available for a one-time payment of AU$99. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Early bird reservations may be offered at a discounted rate of AU$77.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information. By making a payment, you agree to our payment provider's terms and conditions.

Lifetime Access

Your one-time payment provides lifetime access to the LegacyReady platform, including updates and improvements to the service. There are no recurring subscription fees.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with LegacyReady for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the LegacyReady Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by LegacyReady and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

6. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the personal information and content you enter into LegacyReady ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You may download, export, and delete your User Content at any time. We will not use your User Content for any purpose other than providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Australian law.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• LegacyReady does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind
• You must seek independent professional advice from qualified Australian solicitors, financial advisors, and accountants
• LegacyReady is not a substitute for a properly drafted will, power of attorney, or other legal documents
• The information you organise using LegacyReady should be reviewed by legal professionals
• We make no representations about the legal validity or enforceability of any information organised through our Service

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
